Lab 2- PED 201

During my lab at St. Mary's last semester, I was able to observe and assess motor skills of students.  This lab focused on specific motor skills such as hopping and galloping, which was demonstrated through the game "Zaney Zoo". The children were given a task on a card and were expected to perform it.  When a child was not performing a certain skill correctly, I was knowledgeable enough to recognize this and correct their movement. This lab shows my development towards meeting the teacher standard because it gives me the ability to help improve and assess the basic motor skills of students correctly.
